How can I purchase jewelry?
Click the Online Shop link or join us at an event (click on Event link to see schedule) for more selection. You may also email the studio (click Contact link) to make an appointment for a private showing or schedule a trunk show.
All designs are crafted by hand; hence no two pieces are exactly alike. There may be slight differences from the piece pictured online and the piece you receive.
Do you wholesale or consign?
Yes, we do wholesale on a case by case basis. Although it is not our practice to consign, each opportunity is given individual consideration.
What other designs are available?
We specialize in handcrafted unique pieces. Please email us to request additional images or provide a description of your vision.
Do you make jewelry for men?
Yes, jewelry for men is available. A section in the Gallery and Online Shop will be posted soon. In the meantime, please join us at the next event (click on Event link) or email us with details of your jewelry needs.
How long does an order take?
You will be notified by email when you item ships if you provide your email address when you place an order. Although your item may be shipped sooner, please allow two to three weeks for item(s) to be shipped.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders take three to six weeks, depending on the design and materials available.
What is the custom order process?
Email us with your request at Sales@Tagrafa.com or use the Contact link. We will get in touch with you within 48 hours to schedule a consultation. Consultations are available via telephone, Skype or face to face for your convenience. During the consultation, we will gather enough information to provide a sketch, image, sample, or materials to be used. Your design approval will also include providing artistic license. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required once the design is approved.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Custom order policy
Custom orders are designed especially for you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due within 15 days after the order is complete. Custom orders that are not paid in full 30 days after completion will be placed in our general stock for sale and the deposit will be forfeited.
